This Privacy Policy explains how Mealhack Inc. d/b/a Prompt2Pod (“Prompt2Pod,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use our mobile apps (iOS and Android), websites, and any services that link to this Policy (together, the “Services”).

5. AI-Powered Features

Prompt2Pod uses AI and machine learning technologies, including OpenAI, to generate podcast content. Your prompts and related data may be shared with these AI service providers to deliver results securely and efficiently. All data is handled under this Policy and our provider agreements.

6. Social Logins

If you register or sign in using a social account (Apple, Google, Facebook, X), we receive basic profile information such as your name and email. We use this solely to enable login and do not access your social activity.

7. Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes in this Policy or as required by law. Once no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it securely.

8. Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect data. However, no electronic storage or transmission is entirely secure. Use the Services within a secure environment.

9. Children’s Privacy

Prompt2Pod is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we learn that a child has provided personal data, we will promptly delete it. To report a concern, email daniel@prompt2pod.com.

10. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to data processing. You can also withdraw consent at any time.

11. Do Not Track

We currently do not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals due to a lack of universal standards.

12. US State Privacy Disclosures

Residents of certain US states (CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, IN, IA, KY, MD, MN, MT, NE, NH, NJ, OR, RI, TN, TX, UT, VA) may have additional rights, including access, deletion, correction, and opting out of targeted advertising or data sharing. We do not sell personal information.

13. Other Regional Notices

We comply with relevant regional privacy laws, including Canada’s PIPEDA, the EU/UK GDPR, Australia’s Privacy Act 1988, and New Zealand’s Privacy Act 2020. You may contact your regional data protection authority to lodge a complaint if you believe your rights are violated.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted here with an updated “Last updated” date.
